Having trouble finding the perfect position?

Since head pillows aren’t created to provide the neck support you need, it may take a few nights to get adjusted to your Neck Hero.
Please consider the following suggestions before requesting a return authorization. In many cases, adjusting the Neck Hero just a slight
amount up or down or using it by itself can make a great difference in your comfort level.

Not supportive enough? Too much support? Clumping or flattening?

-Wash/dry (see instructions below) the Neck Hero in a high temp dryer to fluff it up.
-Try using it in different positions: i.e ON TOP of your pillow, IN FRONT of your pillow; or use Neck Hero BY ITSELF.


-If these suggestions do not work, you may need to order the next size up or down.

****Washing instructions: Detach the clips from the Neck Hero by squeezing the sides together. Remove the pillowcase and replace it
over the Neck Hero inside out, or place the case inside out in a mesh laundry bag to protect the remaining portion of the clips. Wash
and dry on any heat. Your Neck Hero should be washed only occasionally to maintain fullness. As with any pillow it can be easily fluffed
up by manipulating it by hand to the desired fullness. We suggest washing and drying on high temps no more than monthly.

Our 14-day Comfort Guarantee – Given the personal nature of this product, we are happy to provide a 14-day Comfort Guarantee to
allow you ample time to adjust to your Neck Hero or decide if you need a softer or firmer size. After 14 days, no returns are accepted
with the exception of manufacturer defects (subject to inspection) that have a 30 day guarantee.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Given the personal nature of this product, we are happy to provide a 30-day Comfort Guarantee to allow you ample time to adjust to your Neck Hero or decide if you need a softer or firmer size. After 14 days, no returns are accepted with the exception of manufacturer defects (subject to inspection). All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges – If you are interested in a different size, please contact us for options BEFORE returning your order at orders@neckhero.com or message us on Facebook.

Bundles: If you ordered a bundle pack of Neck Hero pillows, the pillows cannot be returned separately and must be returned as a bundle. If you ordered a bundle not knowing what size to get, many customers will gift the extra pillow or keep it for other use such as lumbar, travel, recliner or sofa etc to avoid return shipping fees.

Returns – Return the Neck Hero to our customer service address listed below. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund in 3-5 days in the amount of the purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All Return Authorization requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and postmarked within 7 days of return authorization. All return orders must be shipped with tracking to ensure delivery.
